BNB Chain, the blockchain behind the Binance crypto exchange and Binance Coin (BNB), has launched its latest development-focused initiative, aimed at European developers looking to build and scale decentralised applications (DApps) on the network.

The three-week virtual "incubator" programme is geared toward Web3 startups with at least one key member based in the European Union (EU). Those accepted into the programme are mentored on token omics design and Web3 marketing strategies by industry experts and BNB Chain specialists.

Exclusive meet-ups will be held in cities across the continent, including Lisbon, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Warsaw, and London.

According to Zoe Wei, BNB Chain's senior business director, The network seeks to assist European Web3 firms that prioritise accessibility and scalability in order to drive higher adoption.

"Our goal is to help European builders in making early commitments to these foundations in order to establish big user bases over time.""

To assist the builders, at least 17 organisations with a regional presence are collaborating in the incubator. Jump Crypto, for example, says that sharing expertise within the community would promote the next generation of DApps.

According to a Jump Crypto spokesperson:

"We think that information sharing and cooperation builds a stronger, more robust, and sophisticated crypto ecosystem generally.""

Participants will also receive on-chain incentives, such as a one-month 100% gas fee reduction.a "strong recommendation" to BNB Chain's existing Most Valuable Builder (MVB) programme

Developers can apply between October 10 and October 23, with a three-week incubation period between November 21 and December 15.

BNB Chain's latest project for developer assistance and Web3 education is the European incubator. Recently, the network announced significant cooperation with Google Cloud to provide ecosystem players with access to Google Cloud services to aid with on-chain development.

In August, BNB Chain collaborated with a Latin American educational platform to create a Web3 and blockchain course for thousands of students in the area.

This statement comes after the network was subjected to a multi-million dollar cross-chain attack on October 6.

All deposits and withdrawals on the network were temporarily halted. The network was down until validators validated their statuses, and it was back up and running in a couple of hours.
